RTi Tennoji 天王寺

RTi Tennoji is a homestay apartment building is located at the south of Osaka, right next to Tennoji shopping district, it is a rapidly developing area with huge supports from the local government, just minutes of walks to lots of popular landmarks, including Tsutenkaku Tower, Shinsekai, Hoshino Hotel, Tennoji Zoo and Abeno Harukas Observatory, also it is only a 6-minute walk from the Dobutsuen-mae Station. 

RTi 天王寺 民宿大廈位於大阪的南面，天王寺商圈旁邊，是政府積極發展的區分，徒步可達多個熱門旅遊景點，包括通天閣、新世界、星野酒店、天王寺動物園、阿陪野觀景台等，距離「動物園前駅」只是6分鐘步程。

The project was completed in Q1-2023, it is already in operation with a high occupancy rate of over 70% in the first quarter. It has 10 floors, a total of 84 home-stay apartments starting from 24.4 millions JPY. It is provided with two rental return options, a guaranteed return of 6% rental yield or revenue split with the management company depending on occupancy rate. 

項目於2023年初已經落成，並且正式營運中，首季試業已超出7成入住率。樓高10層，共84套民宿公寓，售價2440萬日圓起，有管理公司代營運，並提供包租 (固定年回報6%) 或托管 (拆帳抽成) 兩種回報方案 。
