SEIRYU Tsutenkaku 通天閣

SEIRYU Tsutenkaku is a homestay apartment building located in the Tsutenkaku shopping district, Naniwa Ward of Osaka, right next to the OMO7 Osaka by Hoshino Resorts. It is within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions, and just a 2-minute walk to Shin-Imamiya Station, where you can take an express train to Kansai International Airport in just 38 minutes. 

SEIRYU 通天閣 民宿大廈位於大阪浪速區的通天閣商圈，就在星野集團酒店旁邊，徒步可達多個熱門旅遊景點，只2分鐘步程可達新今宮駅，乘坐快車38分鐘即到關西機場。

The project was completed in Q1-2023 and is ready for operation. It has 10 floors, a total of 40 home-stay apartments starting from 25.4 million JPY. A local property management company is provided to help investors to take care of the airbnb rental business.
